• Pilot setup information, such as reminder preferences, household or workflow labels, and support requests.
• Basic website and service logs used for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

How we use information

We use information to operate requested services, send opted-in notifications, respond to support requests, improve product reliability, and meet legal or security obligations.

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in to SMS messages from Breathe Automation, we use your phone number and consent record to send customer-care messages, account notifications, Donezo pilot reminders, and completion acknowledgements. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Sharing

We may use service providers to host, deliver, secure, and operate our services. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, Breathe Automation, or the public.
